Thalasso nearby
- Thalazur Antibes: 770 chemin des Moyennes Bréguières, 06600 Antibes. This is the nearest reference thalasso centre: there is no thalasso within Nice itself. Programmes of 1 to 6 days, including the "Cure Échappée Parfums d'Azur" listed from €452 per person (September 2026 offer).
How to choose
- Hotel spa or city address. Hotel spas offer pools, hammams and large facilities, often open to outside visitors, sometimes on condition of booking a treatment, as at N Le Spa (90 minutes minimum, prepayment among the conditions), and with an age limit of 16 in several establishments. City addresses are easier to access for a hammam or an à la carte treatment.
- Alone, as a couple or with family. For a private moment, Spa By Elle et Lui and Hammam Sultana offer spaces or slots you can privatise; several spas limit access to adults.
- One-off wellness or a full programme. For a complete thalasso, you need to head for Antibes: no thalasso is based within Nice itself.
In any case, book ahead: several places operate by appointment only and some privatise their spaces, it's better to lock in your slot before you travel.
Frequently asked questions
Can you use a hotel spa without being a guest?
Often, yes: Spa 27 (Westminster) and Spa Splendid are open to outside visitors, and N Le Spa (Negresco) accepts non-resident guests with a prepaid treatment of at least 90 minutes. Access is generally reserved for ages 16 and over. Check the conditions when you book.
Where can you find a traditional hammam in Nice?
In particular at Nice & Spa (1 rue Voltaire), at Hammam Sultana (rue Désirée Clary, with exfoliation and soaping) and at Beau Rivage Wellness, on the beach. Several of these addresses work by appointment.
How much does a spa cost in Nice?
It depends a great deal on the establishment: several hotel spas do not publish their prices. Published benchmarks: the "Oria" experience from €170, Hammam Sultana's offers at €79 and €99, L'instant Spa's facial treatments between €55 and €110, and Spa By Elle et Lui's private spaces from €75 to €165.
Should you book ahead?
Yes, it's safer: several places receive by appointment only and some privatise their spaces for couples or families. It's better to book before you travel, especially at weekends.
Where can you do thalasso near Nice?
In Antibes, at the Thalazur centre (770 chemin des Moyennes Bréguières): it's the nearest reference address, since Nice has no thalasso within the city. Programmes run from 1 to 6 days, with for example the "Cure Échappée Parfums d'Azur" from €452 per person.
