Build one central loop on the first day and keep the second flexible. That way, a late arrival or an early departure does not ruin the whole plan.
Saturday: Nice’s postcard sights
Start with the Promenade des Anglais, Place Masséna and Old Nice. Stop at Cours Saleya, then climb Castle Hill if time and opening hours allow.
Sunday: port, market or museum
Choose the port of Nice and Garibaldi for an easy walk, or pick a museum if the weather changes. A late departure leaves room for Mont Boron or one last seaside walk.
